1.Central Region Office, MOEA in Sep. 2016 nullifies the registration of 33 non-operating companies, 730 for cumulative nullification. The results shown as the attachment.
2.The company fails to commence its business operation after elapse of 6 months from its registration or discontinues,at its own discretion,for a period over 6 months,the competent authority,MOEA,may order its dissolution,in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of the Company Act.In case a company fails to have a record of dissolution go through,MOEA may nullify its registration,in accordance with the provisions of Article 397 of the Company Act.
